Now Hiring: Sales Coordinator
Location: Escondido, CA | Full-Time | No Travel Required
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Coordinator to help keep our sales and operations running smoothly. If you enjoy organizing moving pieces, working with project documentation, and supporting a team that brings playground and outdoor spaces to life, this could be the role for you.
This position plays an important role in connecting sales and operations, helping ensure projects move efficiently from estimate to invoice while maintaining accurate job costing and documentation.

What You’ll Do:
- • Support the sales team with proposal preparation, bid documentation, and contract processing.
- • Coordinate project information between sales, project managers, vendors, and clients.
- • Enter and manage estimates and purchase orders in QuickBooks Desktop.
- • Track project progress and ensure documentation accuracy.
- • Maintain customer records and sales activity logs.
- • Ensure compliance with construction documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
- • 2+ years in the construction (or related) industry.
- • Experience using QuickBooks
- • Strong understanding of construction job costing and project workflows.
- • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- • High attention to detail and accuracy.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- • Experience with Click Up project management is a PLUS!
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
