What You’ll Do: • Keep job sites running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

• Lead and coordinate site crews—selecting, training, and scheduling team members. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards like a boss. • Handle client and subcontractor communication with confidence and clarity.

• Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and project documentation. • Tackle challenges head-on and know when to bring in the project management team. • Occasionally get your hands dirty—this isn’t just a desk job.

• Travel when needed to make sure our builds are done right, near or far. Qualifications: • 5+ years in construction management or supervisory experience. • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

• Valid driver’s license. • Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word . • Certifications encouraged: CPSI, OSHA-30, CQM-C, First Aid/CPR .
