Now Hiring: Construction Site Supervisor
Location: Escondido, CA | Full-Time | Travel Required
 
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, take-charge, problem-solving site supervisor who’s ready to bring playground dreams to life. What You’ll Do:
  • • Keep job sites running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
  • • Lead and coordinate site crews—selecting, training, and scheduling team members.
  • • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards like a boss.
  • • Handle client and subcontractor communication with confidence and clarity.
  • • Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and project documentation.
  • • Tackle challenges head-on and know when to bring in the project management team.
  • • Occasionally get your hands dirty—this isn’t just a desk job.
  • • Travel when needed to make sure our builds are done right, near or far.
Qualifications:
  • • 5+ years in construction management or supervisory experience.
  • • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • • Valid driver’s license.
  • • Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • • Certifications encouraged: CPSI, OSHA-30, CQM-C, First Aid/CPR.
  • • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a BIG PLUS.

Now Hiring: Specialty Installation General Contractor
Location: Escondido, CA | Full-Time | Travel Required
 

We are seeking skilled Commercial Playground Installers. If you’re dependable, detail oriented, and have a strong foundation in construction practices, this might be the role for you.

Candidates should be reliable, able to follow a schedule, and work with minimum supervision while cooperating and contributing to a crew with a teamwork attitude. Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of in-the-field trade experience, and working knowledge of construction practices. Experience in related trades will be considered.

What You’ll Do:
• Assemble and install commercial playground structures, surfacing, and site amenities with precision and care.
• Interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and site plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Operate tools and equipment with a focus on safety and workmanship.
• Travel to local and out-of-state job sites as needed.
• Communicate clearly and work effectively with crews, project managers, and clients.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of construction or trade experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of construction practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted.
• Willingness to travel, sometimes for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a government background check (no felonies or warrants).
• Familiarity with power tools and site equipment.
• Ability to read and understand detailed construction documents.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with playground installation.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Understanding of surveying and grading concepts.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation.
• Poured-In-Place Rubber Surfacing finishing experience.
