Why PDPlay?
Because we build more than playgrounds—we build purpose. We don’t deal with a high turnover rate, our employees value the PDPlay culture and the impact of their work, and we take that as a sign we’re doing something right.
We’ve been sustainable since before it was cool—turning milk jugs into play structures and saving them from ending up in landfills. We’re proud to play a role in shaping the spaces where communities connect and where kids grow, learn, and thrive. From neighborhoods to schools, parks to churches, our work leaves a real impact—and that’s something our team takes pride in every day.
If that sounds like a mission you want to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.
PDPlay is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will be considered. Let’s build something fun together!
