4 x Sona Tubes @ 14″ diameter 3′ deep (minimum depth required from weight perspective. Frost-line depth requirements may be different from place to place)

Equipment Features:
No indoor fitness center dues or schedules, and the ability to improve flexibility, cardio and muscle strength outside in the fresh air; anytime on your own schedule, and at your own pace. Overhead exercise promotes grip strength and tones arms, chest, shoulders, back and forearms. Wave shape introduces an additional level of challenge.
