Equipment Features:
No indoor fitness center dues or schedules, and the ability to improve flexibility, cardio and muscle strength outside in the fresh air; anytime on your own schedule, and at your own pace. Striding motion improves hip and lower-body flexibility, while toning legs and glutes. Rotating Tai Chi motion promotes flexibility and relaxation while hand-grip pedals expand your fitness routine to include the chest, shoulders, arms and back.
